Nel pomeriggio di mercoled\u00ec 28 settembre, nell\u2019ambito dei consueti servizi di controllo del territorio, i carabinieri della Stazione di Borgosesia hanno notato un 43\/enne residente a Valduggia, intento a fare \u201cfooting\u201d nelle vie del paese, abbigliato di tutto punto per l\u2019attivit\u00e0 sportiva. L\u2019uomo per\u00f2, immediatamente riconosciuto dai militari, avrebbe dovuto trovarsi a casa, essendo sottoposto alla misura cautelare degli arresti domiciliari.
