L&#8217;Uncem chiede una ricaduta per le aree montane"},"content":{"rendered":"<table border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"4\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td id=\"tdBodyMessage\" class=\"tdBodyMessage\" valign=\"top\">\n<p class=\"s9\"><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">L&#8217;aumento del gettito del pedaggio delle autostrade ancora una volta finisce per ignorare e penalizzare il territorio, i pendolari e i flussi turistici.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s12\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">L\u2019Uncem rilancia la sfida ai concessionari delle autostrade, affinch\u00e9 prevedano un adeguato ritorno economico per le aree sulle quali insistono grandi opere viarie<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s9\"><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">Una compensazione necessaria<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">,<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">\u00a0a fronte d<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">egl<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">i importanti utili per le aziende che gestiscono le autostrade, in particolare\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">nel<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">le aree montane<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">\u00a0del Piemonte<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">, attraversate dalla A32 per ben 63 chilometri (da Avigliana\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">a Bardonecchia, oltre ai 13 chilometri de<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">l Tunnel del Frejus), dalla A6 per 20 chilometri (da Mondov\u00ec a Ceva), dalla A26 per 24 chilometri (da Meina a Gravellona Toce<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">, oltre alla Statale Anas che conduce al Sempione<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">)<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">, della A7 nella zona dello Scrivia<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">\u00a0e dalla A5 per 8 chilometri (da Quassolo a Carema)<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">. Le opere viarie insistono infatti su un territorio che \u00e8\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">il<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">\u00a0bene pubblico per eccellenza. Al pari del prelievo dell\u2019acqua potabile dalle Terre Alte, dei canoni per l\u2019escavazione e per le cave, \u00e8 necessario\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s12\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">impostare dei ritorni economici stabili per l\u2019insistenza delle grandi infrastrutture nelle aree alpine<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">Uncem vuole\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s12\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">aprire un dialogo con le concessionarie che gestiscono valichi alpini e autostrade<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">. Una minima parte dei loro utili deve essere destinata alle comunit\u00e0 locali.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">\u00a0Le cifre parlano chiaro: sono oltre\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">un<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">\u00a0milione i veicoli leggeri che transitano ogni anno sull\u2019A32 e sei milioni i veicoli pesanti. Le tariffe agevolate per i reside<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">nti non sono sufficienti per compensare\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">la lingua di cemento<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">\u00a0e asfalto<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">\u00a0che corre lungo la valle. Alcuni amministratori hanno proposto anni fa di destinare parte del ped<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">aggio al territorio montano.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s11\" style=\"line-height: inherit;font-family: inherit;font-size: inherit\"><span class=\"bumpedFont20\">\u00a0Una percentuale da concordare, da destinare a interventi ambientali e per lo sviluppo.
