Il tutto accompagnato da venti anche forti tra Libeccio e Scirocco con mari molto mossi o agitati &#8211; afferma Ferrara &#8211; L\u2019autunno potrebbe fare la &#8220;voce grossa&#8221; nel mese di novembre, con una prima decade che si prospetta molto instabile o a tratti perturbata.
