Un anno e sette mesi \u00e8 la pena chiesta anche per la parlamentare Augusta Montaruli (Fdi), un anno e cinque mesi per Paolo Tiramani (Lega), deputato e sindaco di Borgosesia, due anni e quattro mesi per Angelo Burzi, ex consigliere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il processo si sta celebrando per decisione della Corte di Cassazione, che il 18 novembre 2019 aveva annullato la precedente sentenza d&#8217;appello a carico di una ventina di imputati, disponendo un nuovo procedimento. Le difese hanno sostenuto la tesi dell&#8217;assoluzione.
