Dopo il ciclo, durato sei anni e realizzato in collaborazione con la Fondazione Guggenheim, che ha visto approdare a Vercelli i maestri delle avanguardie europee e americane collezionati da Peggy Guggenheim, Arca apre le sue porte all\u2019altra parte della storia artistica del Novecento, in collaborazione con il Museo Nazionale di San Pietroburgo, la pi\u00f9 vasta raccolta al mondo dedicata all\u2019arte russa.
