(Nucleo Ispettorato del Lavoro) impegnati su scala nazionale nel contrasto al fenomeno del caporalato.\u00a0In ogni provincia italiana, i militari, supportati dalle articolazioni territoriali dell\u2019Arma, hanno eseguito controlli approfonditi in diverse aziende, prevalentemente nel settore agricolo.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In provincia di Vercelli, l\u2019azione ha interessato sei aziende. Al termine degli accertamenti i Carabinieri hanno denunciato due persone, trovando un lavoratore \u201cin nero\u201d e sospendendo un\u2019attivit\u00e0. Sono state contestate ammende per 4.793 euro e comminate sanzioni amministrative per 6.400.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le infrazioni rilevate sono relative alla mancata sottoposizione alla formazione sui rischi, al non aver inviato un lavoratore alla visita medica, tutte contemplate dal Decreto Legislativo 81\/2008.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Si \u00e8 conclusa da qualche giorno un\u2019attivit\u00e0 che ha visto i Carabinieri del N.I.L.
