Si tratta di Alagna Valsesia, Albano Vercellese, Arborio, Balmuccia, Boccioleto, Borgo d’Ale, Borgo Vercelli, Cravagliana, Fontanetto Po, Gattinara, Greggio, Lamporo, Lozzolo, Piode, Postua, Prarolo, Quinto Vercellese, Riva Valdobbia, Rossa, Santhi\u00e0, Valduggia e Vocca. Nessuno dei comuni coinvolti in provincia supera la soglia del 15mila abitanti, dunque non \u00e8 previsto il ballottaggio a meno che, come recita la legge, al primo turno due candidati sindaco ottengano esattamente lo stesso numero di voti.
