I primo supera\u00a0il 40%, la seconda sopra il 30%.\u00a0Un abisso tra loro e gli altri aspiranti sindaci: Osvaldo Napoli (Forza Italia) si attesta attorno al 5%, praticamente quanto il vercellese Roberto Rosso in corsa con uno schieramento di liste centriste.<\/p>\n<p>Altro test significativo in Piemonte era quello di Novara: qui il sindaco uscente Andrea Ballar\u00e8 (centrosinistra) riesce ad andare al ballottaggio, ma da secondo. Infatti al primo turno \u00e8 stato superato dal candidato del centrodestra Alessandro Canelli.
